This is my pink moose, Lizzandro. He was a side project from last semster that I completed with friends. The idea came from Cardboard Safari. I think I love him. Isn't he cute?

The Moments
I am the worst blogger ever. I have accepted this and moved on.
Lately, I've realized that life is made up of moments.
So here are some my moments.
Lizzandro (My pink cardboard moose) was finally hung in my living room. I fell in love with him.
Reuniting with my Freshman dorm roommate, Shelly. We have continued old traditions and started new ones. I love that pizza escort.
"L" date night improving my horrendous cooking/baking skills with some awesome girls.
Late night talks and other cute things with a special boy.
Catch up sessions with Blizzards and some Dr. Phil moments.
Lovely moments of laughter with the roomies.
This semester just keeps getting better. Stay tuned, Lovies.

The Fresh Start
I am a big fan of shiny, new things! I love new years, new semesters, new clothes, new magazines, new episodes of Gossip Girl & 30 Rock, new boys, new school supplies, new electronics, new hair colors, new friends, new adventures, new accessories, new shoes, etc. You get the point. Here's to a fantastic winter 2011!

The Afternoon at the Beach
I was determined to get my feet in the sand since I walked on San Diego soil. And yesterday, it happened! Jenessa, Andrea, and I enjoyed the glorious afternoon at Mission Beach and soaked in every ray of sun. We documented the moments before we headed back to our separate lands of ice and snow. Definitely a highlight of my trip home.

The Movie Moment
One of my favorite movies is Elizabethtown. And not because my name is in the title.
There is a scene in the movie where the two main characters, Claire and Drew, start a random phone conversation by accident. They click and just have great flow. The conversation lasts all night long. The sequence shows them talk about every possible thing while doing various late night activities. Sometimes when I am having my own late night conversations, I pretend I am Claire.
This is beyond cute. I recommend watching it.
The Seth Cohen
A fellow blogger friend recently wrote about "hidden treasure" boys. Here is the link to read her posting. And this got me thinking about the type of boy I like.
I want the Seth Cohen. Yes, I am referencing the character from the early 2000's teen drama, The OC. I fell in love at first sarcastic comment. The only way to describe the boy is adorkable.
So basically, the Seth Cohen is smart and witty. The Cohen who knows what he is talking about and it is totally endearing. The Cohen is cute, he has a subtle attractiveness. He is sarcastic, but not over the top. He makes you smile from a one-liner. The Cohen has fantastic taste in music. He is such a comic book loving geek and it makes you love him even more.
All I want for Chrismukkah is Seth Cohen!

The Epic Day
On nov 7, my 5 friends (austrie, amyjo, matt, lysa, lizzie) and i embarked on a journey to the moon and back. i have a feeling we will be talking about this day for years to come.
(it would be impossible to record everything that went down, so i am including some highlights)
Atomic City, ID
with a population of 25, atomic city was the obvious choice for our first stop since its "home of the world's first nuclear powerhouse". awkward pictures were taken and wallets were lost and we decided to move on. i think we were a little too loud for the tiny town of atomic city.
Arco, ID
our next stop was the "first city in the world to be lit by atomic energy". we stopped for a short bit and lie in the middle of the street because we could. only in idaho.
Craters of the Moon National Park
So we were hoping that this little national park would look exactly like the moon, but were dissappointed to find out it wasn't. though we did climb a 18 story hill, played in some neat caves, and stacked some rocks.
Bellevue, ID
Since we're designers we like beautiful things. and we were driving and found this GOREGOUS thing. a contemporary, abandoned home peaking out from the side of the road calling our name. it was love at first sight. we are going to find away to purchase this home and finish it. something so beautiful shouldn't be wasted! (btw those are the front doors)
Sun Valley, ID
We had a good dinner and did some geocaching. we went to an awesome restaraunt for dessert.
